Help Notes are available on the website www.nurserymanagement.com.au Go to ‘Login’ on the main screen & type your password. Select your required help note & print if required. If you require your password, please contact the help desk on (02) 9653 3992.


Help Desk

The Help desk is available on (02) 9653 3992 Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Fridays 8am to 3pm or you can email support@nurserymanagement.com.au

Reporting faults and/or requests online.

To log a report or request please go to the website & logon as above, proceed to the bottom of the screen & click onto ‘Log a fault’.  When reporting, please be clear on the steps you have completed prior to the error occurring & give any additional information which may be helpful to the support team.

File Fix

We provide a service to repair your data base if required. A quote can be arranged.

Maintenance

Maintenance is payable twice per year. This enables access to the help desk, software user guide and help notes and upgrades.  Upon payment of your maintenance, any new upgrades are issued.
